The guy whose livestream we were watching was called out and asked to stand up when they revealed him. Apparently he'd been lobbying long enough that the team knew him by name.

I don't think so but I could be wrong.

I've had the little Heroclix Earth-X Cap on my desk for like eight years. he's not SUBTLE symbolism, but then again, when has Cap ever been subtle symbolism. I love that Ross design. There's not a ton of Earth X variants I am desperate for but even if he's the only one we get I'm happy. Burning Namor and Reed Doom, unmasked Machine Man would be my main asks, I think. Gender-swapped Thor is a great design.

Not my favorite arc in the comics but I really like her look. The Vision costume is very bland, yeah, but the cape is really something else. That's weirdly cool.

The only other Scarlet Witch I would buy is a Perez SW in her gypsy like costume.

that Earth-x cap looks fantastic... but then I'll want more... and they may give us more... but do I want to have an earth-x display???

Earth-X is another thing I never read. TPB of that on the way too! I don't need the figure as he's not 616, but it's a good excuse to finally get around to a classic.
 
That Vision... HA! The plastic cape-stans gotta be excited for this. It's relief I have no interest in any of the figures from that story.
MTG Captain America -- Looks kinda neat, but "neat" doesn't earn my money.
Black Panther -- That half mask looks goofy. It's not good enough to unseat the one from the Attuma BAF.
Malice -- Looks good, but not for me.
Doom 2099 -- I was really excited for this. Something seems off about him. I'm not as thrilled as I was. He definitely needs a new wire cape.
Maximum Symbiote SM -- Nope. I have the MAFEX.
Mole Man -- Two Moloids?!?! I'm getting that.
Elsa Bloodstone -- It looks like they just repainted the A-Force version. Really would have preferred an update. I'll get her because the first one is showing it's age.
Earth X Steve Rogers -- No interest. I'd like to read the story someday.
Acroyear -- Who?
Wolverine/Psylocke -- Nope.
Iron Man/Spiral -- Nope.
Gargantos (pink) -- Nope.
Sentinel (Gamerverse) -- Hmmm, probably not.

It's a very weird book and at times impenetrable but the highs are very high and there's stuff in there I think about ALL the time. Probably my least favorite takes on Spidey and Logan but my favorite takes on Loki, the FF, cosmic stuff... it's just a book full of huge swings for the fences. I recommend it as long as you go in knowing it's an acid trip of a comic.
 
There was a sequel to Earth X, either Universe X or Paradise X, and it featured a bunch of alternate reality versions of characters like Iron Man 2020, Deathlok, Spider-Girl, Bloodstorm, and DofP Logan. They could fit with an Earth X Rogers.

I actually think they did both Universe X and Paradise X. The books are all so weird and twisty I get them blurred together after the first.

Good to know! Are the comparisons to Kingdom Come apt? I love that story, though it has been probably 15 years since I last read it.

Why not get the Walmart exclusive classic Black Panther? He has blue gloves and is cheap on Ebay. It's my go to BP.
