G.I. Joe Classified Beamish-Style Weekend Vehicle Poll - #93 - Eliminator (RAH)

I think Sky Sweeper was actually my favorite one, though Eliminator got a lot of play because I had a lot of car chases with the wheeled vehicles like that, Stinger, thunder machine, Stun etc. Usually some kinda Road Warrior thing with the bad guys trying to board the larger Joe vehicle, like the APC, and resorting to hand to hand combat on top of it. Actually, running out of ammo was a frequent thing with my guys because beating the shit out of each other was an essential component to the battle finale.
 
I loved the Battle Force 2000 "with all our powers combined!" base so much as a kid, but I don't think I would enjoy having the six or whatever separate vehicles required to build it. Though admittedly this DOES play into my "don't sell us a base, sell us modules to build a base" thing I've been harping on for a year, so...
 
So I’m guessing that it’s one very lightweight tank to be pulled by a motorcycle.
The vehicle doesn’t really interest me.
The base assembly is.. interesting. Not overly impressive as is, but the Classified crew could make it interesting.

To be fair, that's not a dirt bike. But it's also a halftrack, sorta a modern, updated, GI Joe version of this:

Except the Joes’ is a lot bigger which would mean a lot heavier. I recognize that the vehicle has a real world basis, but the Joe version is.. too exaggerated. Still a pass for me.
 
True, but the bike is heavier too. I know, they're all dumb. It's just a matter of if you love the dumb or not, heh.
 
Y'know, I think my biggest hurtle with this one is I don't like THIS PARTICULAR BF2000 vehicle but if they made it I'd need it to complete the fortress. I'm not going to say which ones I liked more since I'm sure you'll feature them all eventually but I didn't like the Marauder specifically, but there were a few others I genuinely dig.

I forget who mentioned it, but I like the idea of them being an arctic base. They show up and set up as a mobile base for arctic operations support.

I mean if they did the BF2000 vehicles in Classified I would get them to make the fortress, but the Sky Sweeper is "meh."
