The cop not going up today all but confirms the live stream was cancelled because of him and not wanting to get roped into current affairs, which is understandable. But it feels like that only drew more attention to it. They could have easily left him out of the stream today. Emily, Lenny, and Tony would have no problem filling that time. They’re usually having to be told to wrap things up quickly. They could just chalk the images up to the leaks they were and debut these guys at SDCC or Pulse Con, which is still what might happen now.
 
The livestreams are most certainly pre-recorded. Shame they didn't just cut out the portion talking about the police figure. They likely showed it off. But also mentioned it going up for order at the end. Maybe it was too hard to cut around it. Or they just didn't have time.

I guess they likely showed off the other preorder items. Would have been nice to see the AWE Striker in the flesh and get a breakdown of its features. I don't think they showed off the actual AWE before, did they?

I bet it was an overly cautious/protective move. If I were running the PR team I would have seriously considered scrapping it because it's easier to give the internet nothing than too much, can't put toothpaste back in the tube.

But on a positive note, MAN, the AWE striker looks great. I think (?) it was my first ground vehicle as a kid, so it's a top tier nostalgia machine for me. Also why for no good reason Crank Case is one of my old favorites. (The digital render made him look too dashing... looks a little more ordinary, in a good way, in those really amazing photos on the listing.)

Exact opposite for me. Only ordered the AWE Striker. In fact, two of them. I'll get several of the police officer as well, when he becomes available. In fact, he is available via Deep Discount. May order from them, as they're a trusted site.

Spent the last several days working through the backlog of posts. You all some funny MF'ers.
Who didn't know exactly what was going on when they canceled the stream? It does warm my jaded heart to hear that they're worried about people portraying riot cops in photos accurately as state sanctioned thugs.
I mean, that's sure-as-shit what I would be doing.
In for a couple green shirts and the A.W.E. Striker. Pulse pitching a bitch fit over the parentheses THAT THEIR SITE INSERTS INTO THE PHONE NUMBER FIELD.

Got an order in at Pulse for 4 greenshirts, Mercer 2-pack and AWE Striker. Then found the links for green shirt and Mercer pack on Amazon... ordered 3 more green shirts. Couldnt find the AWE Striker on Amazon though
