Target's eBay store has two of the for holiday short sets up and on sale (Leo, Donnie), along with a lot of other good toy deals going right now. They had Raph too, but I may have gotten the last one, as he is sold out now. Just remember to stick to "Brand New" listings and avoid "Preowned" stuff.

That's not surprising. So few of those sets seemed to make it to shelves that either Target is still sitting on a bunch or Playmates just didn't have much faith in them.

I like those designs well enough I ordered. No telling what it'll be like trying to find them at retail.

Haven't bought any of the figures from this line, but Tokka and Rahzar are pretty tempting. Not enough to pre-order the set of 4, as I have no interest in the other two, but definitely figures I'll keep an eye out for while grocery shopping.

Kind of love the Wile E. Coyote vibe of this Rahzar design, lol.

I have Donnie and Leo from when they were briefly in stock on Target’s eBay store about a month ago.

I never saw any evidence of these at my local Target, which I’m in multiple times a week. I just can’t imagine they were that popular they sold out super quickly. The Playmates stuff doesn’t.

I did love the short, though, and the way they did Chrome Dome in it. These are going to be part of my holiday display.

I just opened the full set. The regular turtles are cute, could be the beginnings of a Christmas display for me. But the bootlegs are where it's at. I haven't opened them yet, because I kinda love that they come in their own packaging. They look silly as hell, and crack me up every time I look at them. Gonna save opening them for a day when I could use the boost.

It was really inconsistent. I have two Targets within a couple miles of my house. One put them in the Christmas section, the other put them in the toy section. The only consistency between stores was that they both only got one set of four and never restocked them.

I've seen Leo and Donnie at one particular store multiple times, as recently as a month ago, and I think it is some form of restock, unless someone just keeps moving them around the store. Based on what I've seen on eBay (both Target's account and others) those 2 seem to be the most common, followed by Raph, and then Mikey, who is going for the most on eBay.

Got a trashed Raph from Target's eBay store a few weeks back, before I knew about Amazon, which I wasn't too happy about (though the knock off figure is intact) , and I was happy to finish off the collection with Mikey from Amazon before paying a silly price on eBay.
