I’m shocked how much I love 2099 Hulk, he’s a frigging awesome monster. And actually, I want the new, textured parts to be reused for a classic Kirby Hulk! I love the ruggedness.

Classic Kirby hulk would be much smaller. He’s about the size of Joe Fixit if not a little smaller. Maybe closer to Ulik

Ha ha I have no illusions that Hasbro will make an all-new, smaller Hulk sculpt. They almost certainly will not. Given the available parts for Hulks, I’d rather use these parts than other available parts for a Kirby Hulk.

That said: if they want to make an all-new, dedicated sculpt, sure! I’d buy it.

Ooh, definitely getting 2099 when he hits discount to use as custom fodder for a regular Hulk.

If we get a "wave 2" I hope that we see Leader {90s butt shaped head version}, Zzzax, A-Bomb, and Tyrannus.

My ideal Wave 2 would be:

-The Leader, with 90s testicles head and also a classic head with optional mechanical halo bits.
-Zzzax
-Kirby/Avengers #1 Hulk with pink briefs and superclassic head sculpt(s)
-Mech-Hulk with fully-articulated Gargoyle/Gremlin

And an exclusive:
-Bruce Banner, on better pinless body, with John Byrne-style round-glasses head and an “about to transform” raging head, perhaps some “transforming” hands as well.

If they can shave a few bucks off the price, I’m all for making this a permanent retro line like X-Men and Spider-Man. This would be a good place for a single release Xemnu, or Wendigo too.

I'd be so happy with a classic Wendigo, he's my favorite Hulk villain. I got rid of the BAF a few years ago after realizing it just doesn't read as the character to me. Realistically, I could get a new one announced tomorrow by biting the bullet on the Fin Fang Foom wave version (which, with better articulation, is EXACTLY what I want).
