Duke “my forearms are bigger than my head” would be a pass for me. Nothing about this design says “military”. This looks like something a Marvel Comics henchman would wear.
 
Mmmm part of me wants to like this because it’s more “adventure team” looking than military, and that’s cool.
Buuuuuuuut I don’t know that this particular look is cool, like at all, and definitely not cool for Duke.

Kind of reminds me of Mirage, who started out in the Mega Marines but then got repainted a bunch of times in the new sculpt era.
 
Absolutely. The S6 Duke was one of my favorites in the line, and remained the default version through me collecting S6. The jacket with the buckles, the the arm comm, the cool goggles, the Switchfire guns; He was everything great about S6.
 
Day 281b - Baroness - (Mission Suit) (6/20/26)

Different Version Week comes to an end with a concept Baroness. Massive Black did designs for the Transformers movies, and also did several for GI Joe that ended up in Rise of Cobra and Pursuit of Cobra.

Baroness is weird, because it's one of those designs that instinctively I'm like 'yeah, that looks cool.' But the more I look at it, the more I actually dislike the design. So.. no. It's bad.
