Why can’t you just create a new PayPal account with a new email?

A new PayPal account requires your home address and your bank account if you don't want to use a credit card. Once they run your stuff through their system it creates a red flag. You would literally have to acquire a new bank account and email and use a fake home address and sometimes they can get you that way as well.

I never said it was making things hard, it is sometimes irritating but I have pretty much got everything I have wanted to purchase since 2019 without having a PayPal account.
