We all believed in you. But now it's time to put the burden down and just buy all the toys.

@NORM Wowzers. That is definitely pretty off from where it should be.
Right? It makes him look like a little boy. Not as bad on Trap Jaw, but this guy may need a transplant. I'm just concerned with how strong the factory glue is. I have been haunting Target to see if they've put out their stock, but not a sign of them. I'd rather just buy another copy of He-Man and exchange them or something.

NGL, Norm, I saw your first pic of him and was STRESSING I'd get Fivehead He-Man. Compared to the copy I got, that looks pushed back and maybe even skewed a bit clockwise on the dome.

I mean, this IS the big movie-push product so I can't imagine you aren't going to run into another He-Man between now and June 5th. They'll be everywhere eventually.

There was a single figure left at my Target after work today. One He-Man and I bought him. I would've left any other figure because my plan is to sit out the movie figures. We'll see how long that lasts. They also had a row of Battle Cats.

Unrelated, the amount of Motu x Transformers on clearance was absurd. They were moved to the clearance end caps and Target must've had a huge number to push out from the stockroom.

I think this new He-Man is a SUPER good litmus test for whether or not you're likely to get any joy out of anything Mattel does for the next 5 years. If you just do not find yourself digging the figure (in terms of sculpt, engineering, paint, etc - even if you're not a movie figure guy or whatever), then you genuinely probably are also not going to like DC or TMNT figures and you should just accept that right now and find something else to collect. Maybe go to therapy and learn how to live without Mattel.

So, in that sense, it really is a perfect example of a figure everyone should buy.
