Third Party Figures

I wish that Ant guy had a regular bug look instead of that metallic. (IMO) dying for some good regular bug looking figures.

I'm still kicking myself for not picking up the Eliminator and I still hope they swing back around for a rerelase. I've got one of the dogs on order as well. They're pricey, but they scratch some itch for me.

Sexy ice stuff is expensive but very very good.

The mantis Sexy Ice did was more bug colored, that pale white orchid mantis look. I do like the gunmetal personally, but I think these guys would look really awesome and extra gross with more traditional bug colors. I just know they'll give us a roaches eventually and it'll be pure nightmare fuel.

I liked the look of that one, but it seemed just too spindly by far. Form reviews it looks like it can't really support it's own weight, or has trouble with it, and it looks like if you look at it sternly it might snap in a few places.

That's what I've seen in reviews. I didn't mind missing the Mantis, but that Eliminator I should have grabbed and the secondary market on him is BANANAS. Least I know these guys will hold their value, sheesh.
 
I personally DONT like the Eliminator, doesnt look like a bug to me. I also DIDNT like the hercules beetle guy, he didnt even have a face. I do like the white female mantis that came out, that was raw.

Well the Eliminator/smasher isn't supposed to be a bug. He's part of the faction fighting the bugs, same as the dog and the upcoming skinny Kamen Rider looking guy. Eliminator is doing it's best Jin-Roh impression.

Holy crap. Now this is more my style. its looks superb!!! i love the feet, not crazy about the all black. Im obsessed with Bug/humanoid figures
Kinda sucks he is only 5 1/2" tall

Hmm, not as big a fan of that one. Feels sort of chunky cartoon bug to me. But that cocoon container is really cool. That's a nice touch.

Finally received my Lazy Monster Studio Not Warcraft Darkmoon and Blackhorn. Slower than usual from the Canadian handoff with USPS and 5k.

Never in my life thought if have hyper articulated Night Elves and Draenei, and these over deliver. Great sculpts, articulation choices, range, variety of hands.

Alternate bigger breast torsos. (BilboWhyShouldntI.gif)

Plastic feels sturdy. Molds are soft and sharp where they need to be. Paint is clean.

Bonus for PO was heads with whited out eyes, which is good because as cool as the painted eyes are, they don't move, and I would have wanted them white anyway.

The clothes are little chintzier than most soft goods. They work for what they are, but the stitching isn't finished off as cleanly, and the material itself, kind of reminds me of low retail Barbie dolls. It's all got that shimmery Christmas ribbon texture. But the tailoring is good, and it's velcro. There's even a velcro pouch on the elf.

The strap on the elf is also textured soft goods, with a velcro to adjust the fit for the sword.

I like that the elf includes swappable bare feet. My fetish aside, that makes it even more Warcraft accurate for the touch grass night elves. And my very first Warcraft character was a night elf Rogue babe named Brody, except she was purple with a shaggy cut. But I like this. I might take the Barefoot option to make a druid.

Draenei Sorceress having the digitigrade legs is cool, I don't have too many figures with that.

You get the sword and the wand with the sorceress, and the night elf assassin came with two different daggers and a two-hander sword. I recognise the daggers from my former career in Warcraft, but I couldn't tell you their names (thank God). No idea about the He-Man looking sword.

I'm grateful to have these to go with my Not Sylvanas, Not DK Blood Elf, and Not Orcs.

I'm not going to resub. Leave me alone.

I've not bothered with anything since putting an order in for Vol'jin. As far as personal grails go, I know I'll never get mine (a chic undead warlock lady in T5 and the Tempest of Chaos/mythic Shadow Council gear and the Sceptre of Sargeras) so I'm just hoping to round out the rest of the Horde leaders, plus the warlords of Draenor. Come on guys, do Gul'dan next, he's the Best/Worst!
