You're goddamn right. The fact that we don't have HK by now is criminal.

HK's misanthropy was ahead of its time. You're goddamn right.
I will take pretty much the full cast of KOTOR1 and a hefty chunk of 2. I skipped the Zaalbar because he just felt so meh on his own, but now I'm thinking what if we got a re-do of him and Mission?HK's misanthropy was ahead of its time.
(I swear every time KOTOR comes up in conversation I start peeling the onion and realizing I want like 15 characters from the two games, more if we're talking about the MMO.)
Honestly, if there's any line where I feel like regularly released accessory packs would work, it's Black Series. They used to do it often with the 3.75" figures back in the day; I distinctly remember the Phantom Menace ones. Hell, even just some basic ones with guns and different hands for troopers, and some force using hands and hilts/blades for Jedi would sell like hot cakes (there's already customizers selling a ton of them), let alone force effects, little creatures, bandoliers and equipment packs, etc. A lot of it is already sculpted, so they'd just need a few more little parts to sell in perpetuity. An aside... with those effect pieces for Traya, that means it would be very easy for someone with a 3d scanner *looks around innocently* to scan those and turn them into printable STLs so you could hover all of Lord Starkiller's sabers.
Honestly, you know what Black series should do? They should take these effects, the effects from deluxe regular Starkiller, and any other effects they've put out (was the force lightning with Palpatine just the electricity or hands too?) and put them in a "Power of the Force" accessory pack.
Honestly I think the three major IPs could all do this. Classified series is a layup for a weapons/gear pack. Probably the easiest to do and it's a little weird to me it hasn't happened. Marvel I've said before I wish they'd give us an "artifacts" pack with just all the best accessories like the Cosmic Cube, Ultimate Nullifier, etc etc, but add a few new ones in. Agree wholeheartedly that a lightsaber/holocron bundle would work, as would blasters, force effects, and the like. There was a rumor a while back about them testing out a force user pack with sabers and holocrons and such, but I don't know if we ever heard about it again and obviously it hasn't happened yet.Honestly, if there's any line where I feel like regularly released accessory packs would work, it's Black Series.
That would be so coooool. I guess the closest we got were the Cal Kestis build-up packs. Maybe that was what the rumor was, just a little misinterpreted? Hell, you could even market them as an in-world thing, given that we now have a Dok Ondar figure. Give us Dok Ondar artifact crates with "relics" of different factions. Get Hasbro and Disney on the phone!Honestly I think the three major IPs could all do this. Classified series is a layup for a weapons/gear pack. The biggest draw for that Cal 2 pack for me was all the sabers in there. That would be so coooool. I guess the closest we got were the Cal Kestis build-up packs. I currently have Jod Na Nawood walking around with one of the spare sabers from that kit.The biggest draw for that Cal 2 pack for me was all the sabers in there.
Nah. It’s gonna be a Worrt. Full regular price. It's gonna be an F'n new Wampa. Just watch.
I've honestly probably spent way too much on 3rd party Star Wars stuff. I've gotten some 3rd party guns and swords and things for Marvel and GI Joe, but I've spent way more on just Star Wars stuff, most likely combined. Hilts, blades, blasters, mandalorian helmets, capes, cloaks, kamas... And I haven't gotten any of the cool odds and ends things that would be nice to have, but I don't know where I'd put, like holocrons and supply crates and other just random shit. Right before they released the Dark Side Galen figure I was considering getting the Starkiller conversion kit to paint and make my own. Hasbro just beat me to it lol. But there are some other ones I have also been considering. There is just so much out there, I could go broke (more then I already am) if I tried to get even half of it lol.Customizers really are doing the Lord's work when it comes to getting out parts and accessories that Hasbro hasn't, and probably never will. I've only ever gotten a few saber hilts; none of the kits to make new characters or any of the hand kits or anything, but I've certainly been tempted, especially for characters we'll probably never get. The hilts were nice, though; felt like better quality than the flimsy ones Hasbro has given us (though, to their credit, a lot of their recent sabers have been much better). The custom parts can be a bit pricey, though, depending; a lot of the ones I see are overseas as well, so shipping can be a nightmare.
I don't mind supporting smaller sellers, but I also I can't lie and say that, if Hasbro were to give us a cheaper option, I wouldn't spring for that too. I feel like, just due to the nature of the beast, Hasbro is never gonna go too obscure on characters and such, so there'll always be reason for me to keep supporting the small sellers.
