2025-2026 Rumor/Leak List - UPDATED List 9-9-25 (after the livestream)

A figure literally no one is asking for that will require at least some retooling if not a new sculpt.

We can wait another year for Rachel.
 
The new BAF rumor/leak from Marvelous News has been added to the main page on this thread.

I was just saying in another thread that there is a lack of BAF in 2025 and that roughly this time last year that the Strange Tales wave was announced/hit pre-orders. If this is wave if legit, it sort of fits.

I would say Skurge is the obvious BAF, but it's Hasbro and things rarely make sense.
Getting an additional Crystar-related figure is cool and good reuse, but so would be getting Martinex.
 
An eclectic wave, but one I’ll pick up if true. More armor for the Armory, an army figure I can toss a random head on, a much wanted Old Western hero, a Spidey I can put with the Dark Avengers I’ve inexplicably assembled despite not liking them, a hopefully-comic Werewolf-by-Night at long last, an updated Enchantress, and another Crystar character. All good for me.

And if the BaF is either Skurge (friggin’ finally) or a horse, also both wins.
 
I'd probably be down for all of these except WWII Logan, so hopefully he wouldn't come with a BAF part. I'd have no interest in a Mac Gargan DA Spider-Man, but I think the leak I've seen is actually for Ai Apaec, which would be a lot more interesting to me personally.

Executioner certainly could be the BAF.... Enchantress is in the wave after all.....

Yeah... I get how some people with very specific agendas for the line are disappointed but I love a wave like this. If the Dark Avengers Spider-Man really is black costume six armed spidey Ai Aipac and it's army fatigues Logan... then most of the wave is new things we don't already have and that is a huge win.

And if a repeat Enchantress gets me a baf Skurge then this would be the best wave in years.
 
I don’t think mainline retail is accepting waves that aren’t 50% Wolverine, Spider-Man, IronMan or Cap any more. Maybe Hulk or Thor count.
 
This rumored wave skews Avengers... sort of:
Iron Man - Avengers
Enchantress - Masters of Evil/Lady Liberators
Dark Spider-Man - Dark Avengers
Phantom Rider - all depending on the version, friend or enemy of the Avengers, and I really doubt they'd go the enemy version...
Werewolf By Night - fought the West Coast Avengers was part of Night Shift
WWII Wolverine - Logan is an Avenger, so sure...

Which leaves Warbow as the odd man out, unless there is some connection, even loosely I can't think of... :cool:
 
God, I really hope Executioner isn’t the BAF. This wave isn’t for me. I’m actually fairly excited for Warbow and I’ll get Werewolf by Night, but certainly not clamoring for anyone else. Enchantress was a massive shelf warmer before, I’m sure a redo would have some upgrades, but I doubt enough to make her fly off shelves.

Same- depending on version/execution, I'm possibly down for Enchantress and Phantom Rider. Definitely in for a Warbow. The rest I really don't have a place for in my collection. So, yeah, probably will be a wanted BAF.
 
While the classic Enchantress we have could certainly do with an update, I wouldn't be mad if they started dipping into the Walt Simonson versions of Thor characters. At least it would be something different.

Just reposting my thoughts from elsewhere:



My early thoughts:

Iron Man MK 72 (comic) - Looks like Ironheart and is from the Fall of X era. Not a big want.

WW2 Logan - Easy pass, but might pick up on clearance for possible accessories. Though with current ML there may not be much in the way of accessories.

Phantom Rider - Now this would be an instant buy, but without his horse I am disappointed.

Dark Avengers Spiderman - This could be the rumoured 6 armed version that was on lists last year. Either version isn't a big interest for me as I am good with the Retro card version.

Werewolf by Night - Hell to the yeah!!! About time (if the list is true). Instant buy.

Enchantress - Probably pick her up, depending on her look/execution because I am always glad to get more Thor characters.

Crystar Warbow - Now this would be interesting. I would be more than happy to keep expanding the Crystar lineup. JayC mentioned that maybe that greenish arrow tease during the stream could belong to Warbow.
 
Hasbro has me so pumped from yesterday that I'm down for any Legends...but after looking this list over I was kinda meh. However, I am always down for well done comic Iron Man figures even if I want the new Ackerman/Ohta design. Dark Avengers is team building and if Skurge is indeed the BAF then I would be in. But a horse seems more likely to me.
