I'd assume he would as Penguin was one of the major baddies in the show. The head portrait of that figure was noticeably bad / inaccurate though so hopefully he'd be redone. Ventriloquist, Mad Hatter and Catwoman I would assume would be the other 3 if that's the last wave before Todd's done. Maybe Red Claw or Ra's henchman as the BAF?
 
ToyShiz did a news update video last night about the newest reveals, and that BTAS Batman is an homage to an old Kenner figure, "Attack belt Batman" or something like that. He mentioned the accessories were yet to be seen, but there you go. He seems to get some info from someone at McFarlane, because he also mentioned the Superfriends Superman in the retro style will also be getting a red "evil" platinum like the wave 1 Batman from the new line did.
 
I was definitely more excited to "have" to get the Maxie Zeus Batman when I figured out that it was Kenner Lightning Strike Batman.

Bring on Infrared Batman, Sky Dive Batman, and Knight Star Batman! Those were the ones I had as a kid! (I might even still have my Knight Star...)
 
Disappointing Target hasn't put the Bruce Wayne wave up on their site. Haven't seen it at any of my local Targets, and it's $200+ on eBay.
 
I feel like my Target has stopped ordering these. Haven't seen anything since the Lock-Up wave which all went to clearance. Not that I'm particularly bothered by it. I'd possibly get HARDAC Batman if I came upon it, but so far every McFarlane re-release I've bought has just let me down. Except for the cheap vehicles I've been able to land. Who doesn't like a 10 dollar Batcycle or a massive 40 dollar Batmobile?!

Haven't seen the video, but it looks like Combat Belt Batman, the first BTAS Batman figure released by Kenner.
 
That would be the one. I couldn't remember what the name of the figure he mentioned was at the time.
 
Looks like Target took the Bruce Wayne wave figures off their site. I had them favorited and now they’re not there anymore.

Very frustrating. The wave is listed for $250 on eBay, which is an absurd price.

I'm starving for a more collector grade interpretation of this series, but I don't think Mezco is it. The soft goods are one thing, but also the shape of this figure just looks all kinds of wrong to me. My initial reaction was to throw money at the mere thought of Mezco or someone doing this line, but after looking through the pictures (and they're all renders, some worse than others) I just don't see myself liking this figure.

If you don't like the soft goods Mezco style, that's fine and you're entitled to do so, but they are FAR more than "premium MEGO dolls".

That said, I looked at the pics and while he looks good, I'm happy with the DCD figures I already have, limited as they might be.
