Yes! As a kid I could never find it, and in the 90s, Canada seemed to have way fewer options for figure shopping. I did finally track one down in my late teens to display with my Giant Size X-Men box set... but it was elusive in my "bang figures together and make pew pew noises" era.Going a few pages back here but... the correct answer for the default pre-Legends Wolverine is Water Wars.
By FAR the best Wolverine figure(s) ToyBiz produced prior to like.. ML6 Wolverine, really. You had two different versions with cowl on/off and adamantium or bone claws - respectively. More hunched but beefy sculpt. Just a damn good figure(s).

Yup! Eventually they did do some dedicated sculpts, but the first ones were all Marvel figures with add-ons.Looking at those figures, were most of them just Marvel figures with new heads?
Ha, I’m like “wait, did ToyBiz make a 5” Hercules?”
Then after a quick Google I realize it’s Sorbo Hercules. Looking at those figures, were most of them just Marvel figures with new heads?
