Definitely a yes on Dusty. That was one of the updated looks that really worked and looked like it could have been Dusty if he was a modern Joe creation.

Firefly - This version, no way. Looks stupid for him. He looks more like Batmans Firefly than a Joe Firefly

Dusty - Yup, great design. Although with all those pouches he's gonna give himself hip problems

Yeah, I think some of the PoC figures can be a bit too war-porn-y, but I do like that Dusty redesign.

Day 181 - Cobra Shock Trooper - (Pursuit Of Cobra) (3/12/26)

Creeping toward the end of POC week with the Cobra Shock Trooper.

One of those "there's nothing really interesting about this figure but I'd buy him anyway as a trooper" looks. He's kind of a cop but make it Cobra look.

Yeah, like I don't dislike it, it just feels like, and I know this is specifically because it's ROC, "what if Hollywood drained the cool weirdness out of GI Joe and made something inoffensive."

Eventually I was able to put more traditional Cobra trooper heads/helmets on these guys and liked them MUCH better.

So make ‘em, but make ‘em more Cobra.
