Loosecollector

You know I never considered WD-40. Is that shock oil under a different name? That's way more of a household staple.

I’ve never had any issues with it eating plastic, but I understand it can destabilise paint applications so I’ve only used it sparingly inside an internal socket or unpainted joint usually

Most people don't seem to have - but it is a listed as a side effect and if you talk to your local rep and ask them if they recommend using it as a lubricant between plastic elements, they will tell you absolutely do not do that. So while it's maybe a small chance of it causing damage, it's enough of a chance that the manufacturer won't recommend doing it. So always worth mentioning.

I'm definitely interested in both the chupacabras and the dogman. Hope there is some movement on those soon.

We were discussing what type of material you can use to make action figure joints less difficult to move without potential for permanent damage to the plastic?
I mean, of all things we talk about here on Articulated Thots, that seems like some of the most on-topic shit ever.
You know what happened?

I missed the "it" portion in the "it can eat the plastic", and I thought you all were discussing the potential harms and risks in you all eating plastics.

Please carry on. I was never here.
