Tracking toy tariffs

So let me get this straight: this shit bag imposes illegal new taxes on the population, these new taxes kill the farming industry, now that tax revenue will go to the farming industry he single-handedly torpedoed. Great. Fantastic!

Farmers run it back with President T because he sent them two big checks for disrupting their industry* while they sat on their asses and did nothing.

* = the soy industry in America might be well and truly fucked for good. China found another supplier. That business ain't coming back.

merry xmas
In fairness this happens every single year. Companies always try to clear some expenses off the books heading into a new year, especially if the calendar year is also their fiscal year as well. For the record, I'm not saying that there won't be more this year than usual - just that this happens even in great economies. The timing obviously always sucks. I was a victim of this in 2008 and it took me nearly a decade to recover.

Relative just called me. They're trying to send me some Christmas gifts, and they said the UPS store turned them away because UPS no longer deals with Canada due to tariffs.

This is actually the second time the store has been an issue for the person, so I'm assuming it's just because UPS stores are franchises this store chooses not to deal with anything, or it's just an idiot clerk.

But then I do recall I don't see UPS on any online storefronts anymore as an option.

Any of you have an issue internationally?
