MONDO Masters of the Universe 1/12 and 1/6

Paid for Man At Arms. On to the next thing. Hope they'll space out Teela and Merman for a while. I'm sure they're gonna drop 1/6th Leonardo on me before long.

I'm hoping I love him in hand. He looks like a lot of fun. I'm having to restrain myself on the 1/12th MOTU stuff as I know if I get too deep into the tertiary characters I'm going to have one of those "why did I buy this, I don't even like this character," which gets expensive at $150 a pop.
 
Got an email that tickets for Power-Con, and thus orders for the AE He-Man exclusive, are going on sale March 7 at noon Eastern.

One wasn't provided, it was just mentioned that that's when they're putting it up. The main topic of the email was that there would be t-shirts and Tim Seeley's gonna be a guest. :)
 
I am still debating whether or not to go, myself. I feel like a movie year would be a fantastic time to go, but of course...Mattel isn't going to be there, so it's not likely to have any big reveals. Just feels like a celebration of MOTU than anything else. I can bake a cake and go hang out in the comfort of my nerd room for that.

BUT...it would be a great time to harrangue the Mondo crew about future lineups...

Still, that AE He-Man never showed up in 200x, so...do I *need* it? Do I need to spend a tank of gas and a Saturday dragging my wife to this show that really I have no desire of going to other than picking up a figure?

BUT...it'll only be 110 and a trip to the Con, and a trip to the Cincy Zoo for the Mrs., and frankly, I could recoup that cost and likely then some by selling the figure after the show to buy things I really do want...

Decisions, decisions.
 
I hope there will be some left after the show, but I'm not optimistic. They said it was produced at something like 20% of the numbers of previous exclusives.
