Loosecollector

I never read too much Image but that was during the time that all of us kids thought we were going to be rich some day if we bought any #1 issue and #1 issues from a brand new company we thought would make us giga-rich so I picked up Youngblood #1, Wildcats #1, and a couple of others. I pretty much only read the #1s but the characters and designs (as Liefeld 90s as they were) have stuck with me and are oddly nostalgic now. I'd probably buy some if they were put out by a big company who could keep prices sub-$35 but I'd imagine Loosecollector is not that (I say this as someone who has never even looked at a listing for a Loosecollector figure).

Oh that's right, they were Dan Quayle's VIP guard, right?
I think, and he was a Daemonite imposter who struck Shaft and Badrock was like "Guys does this mean we have to dust the pres?" or something like that in either WildCATs 3 or 4. For some reason I was just thinking about those panels. Fun stuff. So pumped to get these guys, doubt it's in 2025 but I really hope it is.

While I hope the Youngblood line goes on forever, I don't know how deep we'll realistically get at these prices and this property. One figure I think they could knock out of the park and I hope we see before it folds is Combat. Oversized, lots of weapons - it's right up this lines alley.

Man... I had canceled my pre order for that guy, but I'm going to have to re-up. I love that figure. It looks amazing and does seem to scale fairly well with Legends... perhaps a tad tall, but usable.

I honestly don't know what scale he's going for. They're larger than Legends, but not quite 7" scale for Neca, DC Multiverse. You'd think he'd try to match up to one of them. Or maybe that's just me.

He probably was going for 6" but they came out a little big. They fit in fairly well with both scales imo. I can put them next to McFarlane Geralt and Ciri from the games and they look fine, a little short maybe. And i can put them next to alot of the legends because some of those women scale tall too.

Grendel looks good, but that sticker price is still just a bit much for me. I might get it if it doesn't sell out immediately, but I don't think I can fit that into my budget right away.

Is it worth keeping the packaging for Loosecollector/Executive Replica figures? Debating if I should keep the boxes for Hellwitch or Red Sonja.

I remember doing a sick custom of this guy 15 years ago! Too bad I sold that stuff off. It definitely plays to LooseCollector's strengths - I think the notable look was blue with a funky helmet and sometimes armor on his arms. He was on the cover to issue 1 so is fair game.

Realistically I just want these first 2 to go up for pre-order and production then get Badrock and Chapel on deck. PLEASE. Blue version for Badrock. Anything beyond that would be gravy. I know Prophet really should be made, but the four most important are those guys.

I asked him on Facebook months ago if Avengelyne and Glory were up for consideration, and LC just gave me a coy response.

Personally I'd want the 2010s monster woman Glory because that run was cool, but I have room in my heart for the 90s bad girls if that's what we get.
