V4 is basically V1 but with a yellowed, sun-bleached vest and off-brand pants and shirt. I'd be okay with that being a placeholder if they're holding out for V1 for the WHALE, gawd help us all.

'Yes' to Cutter only in the sense that 'I think they should make everyone because every character is someone's favourite.' But a personal 'no' to Cutter because even as a kid I thought dudes wearing floaties looked like wussies.

Day 70 - Thunder (RAH) (11/21/25)

After all the other ones listed here, Thunder is the final missing figure from the first three years of RAH.

One of the rare very early Joes I don't have nostalgia for, but I'd put him in the "I never had him as a kid, so I kinda want him now" yes buy category.

I like Thunder a lot. I got him in some mail order promotion with other drivers, which was awesome. I definitely want him in Classified.

Yeah I don't remember him from the cartoons really and the only comic I can recall with him was... His final appearance.

I honestly always forget about vehicle drivers, so I don't really even remember Thunder as part of the original line up. I'd take him since he was part of the line up, but I'd have to learn about him.
