What's interesting is in all the discussion of this potential BAF wave since June 2025 when names were first rumored/leaked, Punisher has never been a part of the conversation. The other two characters that were possibly connected were Lady Deadpool and Wolverinepool.

As far as the choices, I hold with my usual take on this: only 2 new characters in a BAF wave is absolutely ridiculous.
BAF waves, since they are Fan Channel only, not aimed at big box retail, should have at least 3-4 never-been-made before characters aimed at fans. Three spots for A-list anchors and/or B-list alternate costumes.
 
For that rumored baf wave... if it's the red logo Punisher, thats a definite buy.

If US Agent is the ForceWorks version that would be an easy buy.

Huge yes for Robbie Reyes Ghost Rider

Marrina is a top 10 want for me

If "classic" Psylocke is her oruginal look or her outback look that is an easy buy.

And Box is an instant no brainer. If I have to buy an extra Hawkeye... no sweat...

Now, if US Agent, Psylocke and Punisher are just rehashes of figures they've already done thats a much tougher pill to swallow.

Still Marinna and Box in a wave is so, so good.

But that will mean Liz Twoyoungmen Talisman rockets up my want list. If you give a cat a cupcake....

This would be my favorite X-Men wave in many years, particularity with Exodus, Team X Wolverine, Mesmero, and Hepzibah.

Only disappointment would be if it’s not a BAF wave. Still lots of oversized X-Men characters I’d love to Getz

If this is finally armored Outback Psylocke—and I suspect it is—I'm prepared to run across the house hooting and hollering.

The whole list is a huge win, but I'm particularly excited for Exodus and the deluxe figures. I'm somewhat skeptical that Hasbro can top the excellent versions of those characters already in my display, but I'm excited to see them try.

It's a terrible Magik costume, but you know I'd do the right thing.
 
I came into collecting right after the Alpha Flight boxed set, so a Marina and Box don't complete nuthin' for me.

Which is a shame because I really liked early days Alpha and would find some space for them if they were re-released somehows.
 
I haven't been excited for a wave in a very long time. Marrina and Box are must haves and I will also get Psylocke. Personally, I prefer Jim Lee's Box over Byrne's rendition (sacrilege, I know) but I will be happy with whichever version they release. Classic Marrina, please.

On another note, if Hasbro dares say in the stream that Alpha Flight is now complete after these reveals I will riot because we will still be short of one classic and core AF character from the Byrne's run. Her name is TALISMAN, Hasbro. And now that you are at it, the Master of the World would be a welcome addition. Give us at least one classic Alpha Flight villain for them to fight.

I'd definitely be in for Robbie Reyes and Marrina, and I would certainly want Box. None of the others necessarily appeal to me all that much. That 2025 Ultimate Wolverine has a cool look, though - but I'm guessing that he'll be the one without the BAF part.

I like the X-Men leaked stuff better.

Then I’d have to buy all of them…but it would be worth it.
 
Presuming that X-Men list is legit, then I'm in for Mesmero (provided it's his classic costume) and Hepzibah for sure, as well as that X-Factor Scott & Jean 2-pack. Nothing else for me.
