2025-2026 Rumor/Leak List - UPDATED List 12-4-25 (after Brazil Panel)

I don't know if there's any with just one member missing, besides maybe Outback Colossus (assuming this wave's potential Psylocke is Outback, which feels like a good educated guess). I can think of a bunch of teams with a few holes that would fit the bill. I'm also just ignoring the name "American Secret" because I cannot for the life of me tie it to a real character, even loosely.

Box for Alpha Flight, but he opens up a Talisman-sized can of worms about what other characters would be necessary. Gargoyle would be keen, but I think Dwight recently shot him down as a possibility. Charlie-27 is unlikely for similar reasons. Atlas would be hideously under-scaled, not to mention that they've quietly abandoned the T-Bolts. Volcana could be fudged as a BAF, as discussed on here a few days back. But I think there's only one option:

... the amazing colossal Warbow, to help build out the multiversal Council of Warbows from "Crisis on Infinite Warbows."
 
It's hard to get a read on just what size Hasbro views as "BAF" size anymore. It's not like Executioner is all that much larger compared with some figures so I personally wouldn't be shocked if someone like X-Factor Beast was done as a BAF. I don't think that will be it since he's basically a blank body and should be cheap enough to mainline release it, but we're in an era where the BAF could basically be any character that doesn't fit on the Vulcan/Shriek body.
 
Ghost Rider could be Robbie. Id like to have him, though sucks no car.
Marinna finishes the OG Alpha Flight.
Psylocke in either of her early outfits adds to teams. Id prefer the armor look form the Outback era though.
Wolverine Latest Comic Appearance I would assume is either his current Tiger Stripe outfit from Gail Simones UXM, or maybe Ultimate Wolverine as Winter Soldier? I hope it's the first, myself.
Hawkeye could complete any number of teams depending on the version. Dark Avengers, Modern, WCA... all different looks. Could be a bunch of things.
Lady Deadpool.... sure. Whatever.
American Secret... agent? That could also be a bunch of stuff. Coulson maybe. Some version of fury? Maybe US Agent?

As for the BAF who the hell knows. If the Psylocke is Outback, could be a Colossus to match? That would pretty much finish that team, depending on if you count Gateway. Marina could indicate MOX maybe for Alpha Flight? There's a few Dark Avengers missing, so that could be a couple of different ones. Modern Wolverine; either one is too vague to really finish a team. And American Secret could eb anything so who knows.

There were three sets of Hulk-related rumors/leaks:

Abomination was first rumored/leaked on 4-9-25

Followed by these characters on 6-18-25:
Red She-Hulk
Mecha Hulk
Banner/Hulk

Followed by the last rumors/leaks on 8-1-25, which also included Abomination, but not the others:
Smart Hulk with guns
Hulk 2099
Doc Samson
 
I love that Samson is potentially validated.

If Wal-Mart Punisher ends up being the new body with black/white coloring, that would be huge for me as well :)

Social media points to it being Uncanny X-Force Psylocke.
 
Vengeance would be incredible. Lots of cool stuff, but any interpretation on they we have "OR" for the Hulk figures? I found it odd there were a lot of them and different leaks. I wonder if leakers knew of potential releases but not all would make the cut? Samson better not get canned because we are getting She Hulk. I want any and all Hulks.
