1/12 Diorama/Terrain/Props/Vehicles

I'm really digging the blood effects set. I collect enough horror figures that I really should invest in such a set. I have lots of wrasslin' figures that I've repurposed into victims for Jason, Art the Clown, etc., but they're sorely lacking the carnage needed to sell the scenes.

Ha! Well only if you like that set. I've been paid so it's just me being proud of the work I did on it now. I did have a lot of fun on it though.

The blood effects are real nice, especially the dismemberment ones. I don't really have much use for them as I don't do many horror figures, but I still have those sets and really dig them.

No no, the barrels are a different thing, not done by Super Action Stuff. You can sometimes find them at Daiso if you've got one near you, or you can grab them through Ali Express here.

They are totally rad barrels though, and super cheap. If you haven't you should pick some up. Good for extra part storage as well.

How many did you end up grabbing? I've just got 6 right now but I'm thinking I might go back for more...
 
I may have a barrel addiction. I got 3 each of the Daiso green and yellow biohazard ones. But was only able to get 2 of the red ones. Then I ordered a set of the tan camo, green camo, and yellow flammable from Aliexpress. Alie just had their big 11/11 sale. I bought some stuff and added more barrels. Once they arrive, I'll have 3 each of 6 different types. I think that'll be plenty. I'll end up having to get a large barrel to store all my small ones.

Excellent, that's probably just enough barrels. Exactly the right amount.
 
I have no idea why I fixated on 3 of each. But I did. at least I didnt get every style available.

It's the right number, that's why. I got three of the flammable ones and if I get more it'll be in bundles of 3. It's just enough to stack in a couple of different ways, and to lay out as dio terrain in a way that seems convincing. Like, one or two, seems odd, who would store one or two barrels? 3 feels like the minimum number you'd keep in stock if they were real.
 
I did the 3 biaohazard barrels and 2 each of the flammable ones mainly to limit how much more I need to store, but also reasoning that having a ton of flammable liquids just sitting around would be a bad idea.
