FURY TOYS Monkey King Sunwukong's Little Monkey Soldiers Deluxe Set

These little guys are amazing for their size and what they come with. 3 different head sculpts and sets of hands. Soft goods colored tro match vests (not that great imo), and a slew of weapons. All this for $70 seems like a steal. The paint is really great, and strong out of the box. I had Legends clamshell flashbacks. Fun little figures. Oh, and they got pink tuchus's, too. 😆

Gotta say it makes Loosecollectors 3 pack of Chupa's for $99 seem less appealing price-wise. Yes, they're a little bigger, but this is 6 figures, all a different color & drybrush effects. More eye paint work, and the afore mentioned 3 heads/sets of hands and the multitude of accessories for $30 less.

There's a reason I now have 16 of these guys (my 5K order arrived today).

They can torment all sorts of displays. The Ling Ji Hun turtles, the movie turtles, my small collection of mythic Legions humans/ Savage Crucible, even just Marvel Legends.

oooooh! Thank you for pointing that out.

I’m really liking Bullet Queen as kind of her own stand alone figure (there’s at least 12 Shadoloo Dolls, no reason one of them can’t be the Winter Soldier) but the deluxe one is kinda pricey and the extra guns and shirt are what really make the character, so knowing $30 more lets me build two figures instead of having a pile of extra pieces in a bin takes some of the sting off…

My Whale Works blanks (I didn’t order Quinn Lee) should be here later today, if I like them that’s definitely the option I’m taking for ordering Bullet Queen
 
Quinn Lee is an amazing figure articulation wise. It was my figure of the year last year.

I do think the face suffers from a little softness and then the eyes also have a softness. But if you put some emotion into the eye position rather than looking forward, you can overcome it. But for straight up posing, has to be one of the best in my collection of third party things.

And I only mention that because this figure looks to have addressed that.

The neck and shoulders can be a little unsightly, but if I was making another soft goods custom, that would be my go-to blank.

Shit, you weren’t kidding just start playing around with the blanks and they’re very poseable… welp! Looks like I’ll be getting Bullet Queen with enough left over pieces to build a Cammy!

Yeah I misunderstood the situation and I got a regular, a deluxe, and the kit.

I'm a C+ math student, that means I should be able to make Cammy and then have two honour guards for Bison I guess huh?

Where did you get the blanks? I might like one for a custom.
 
I tried to make my second payment at 5k for the event exclusive fury toys monkey and it says unavailable. I thought making a deposit guaranteed a copy during the payment period.

Anyone experience this before?

I too was screwed out of my Fury Toys thicc females. I'm not too broken up about it as I was waffling in the first place, but yes, they gave me a window of payment. And while I was still within that window they were all gone. They did not respond to my question about this.

Only bad experience I've had with them. I don't know if they oversell or what.
