Would I buy? Day #1 instant purchase
Which version? Classic Wolverine/Daredevil hybrid costume. His more recent costume is nice as well, as shown on the US Avengers cover and subsequent pictures.

Classic D-Man should already have been made. Important Cap character, along with others like Diamondback. What's the hold up, Hasbro?
D-Man could actually show up in a big box store mini comic wave assortment and possibly get some traction with non-collectors who thinks he's actually a Wolverine figure.
While it is true Dennis Dunphy already has a Marvel Legends figure as Scourge, I don't count that as being a "real" D-Man figure.

I'd likely buy D-Man if he was made, but he's not as much of a want for me as he is for a lot of others. I've got Dunphy is his Scourge costume from the Hasbro Onslaught BAF wave and I've generally been content with that version of him. Like many others I've also got a kitbash of him in the yellow Daredevil suit with a modified Wolverine head -- but I don't even display that - it's in a bin somewhere.

He has at least some modern name recognition. He’s the star of a Lego Marvel animated special, too. My daughters love it!

Totally on board for classic Demolition Man (first five pictures). The more recent costume mentioned would also be a pick-up but the original would be the priority. Have the Scourge figure, but D-Man is such a likable character, it's a shame he's currently represented only by the Punisher-lite look. Agree Diamondback is also a big want.
