My experience as a Canadian is I'm paying to ship from Asia.
But.
They have routed things through a Toronto warehouse and repackaged and labeled it.
I know 5K Toys has an American Warehouse, and I believe they've been eating the import fees and tariffs instead of passing them along. I could have sworn they released an announcement about it when BBTS made their announcement about how they were handling the tariffs.
BBTS has the Fury Toys Tigers up for pre-order though they are 35 dollars more than 5K Toys at $115 for the plain tiger.
