Leland, Mastermind and Mesmero are must haves. After that I am kid of ambivalent, but think Cameron Hodge in his full Phalanx form would be the most interesting figure.

I'd have voted Hodge but it didn't specify whether it was his Phalanx (which I'd want) form or the giant metal cockroach form, which I don't want or have room for.

I'm pretty content on X-villains, but I'd bite for some silver age weirdos. Especially stuff from the Arnold Drake or Neal Adams issues. Ahab I have a weird affection for because I got the Toy Biz figure as a Christmas present from my younger brother. Never actually read a comic with him in it, though.
