Star Wars (needs to be massively overhauled - at least the non-Mando shelves)
I have all the Shriek-Hawks, just need to try to squeeze them in. I'd prefer all the saber-wielders to be on the same shelf. NECA Destiny Cayde-6 with the Mando allies/enemies. He'd definitely be an ally, lol. Mafex IG-11. Old Animated Clone Wars 1:18 Todo 360, since the Black Series one was impossible to get. Death Watch Commander was a "custom" from my local collectible shop; the previous owner put a Marvel Legends Hope cape on him, cut out the back for the jetpack, looked awesome, so I grabbed it, lol.
New Gree 2-pack Yoda with Dagobah backpack 2-pack's robe. I combined Cloud City & Comic Book Leias into one "ideal." I JUST got Jedi Luke from my local collectible shop for $8!!! That is not the head either version comes with, but it was the one on the figure at the shop, and I happily accepted the previous owner's headswap, because it's probably the best Luke head I've ever seen (actually, now that I think about it, it might've been the same person who did the Death Watch Commander)! Named the white holiday Ewok "Epreeke Jalerraa," which I got from an "Ewok names" site (might've been one of those random generators?). Definitely need more Ewoks. My cobbled together "ultimate" Threepio - Force Awakens red arm, Rise of Skywalker head, Empire Chewie 2pack for the rest. Robo mods for Morgan Elsbeth - MCU dark Scarlet Witch hands, Dr. Doom/Loki power effects.
Figuarts FN-2199 ("Traitor!") behind Kylo & Dagan, Mafex Phasma. Mafex Stormtrooper behind Grand Inquisitor. Battle damaged Black Series Phasma is "Pyke," to go with her & Pyre. Obviously not all of my Black Series, but man, I have a two bedroom apartment, and one bedroom is storage, so I have limited display space - I gotta pick & choose what lines get represented, and how fully lol. SW means the world to me, but there are toy lines I like better that get priority/more space.
Transformers:
Ark used to be in Bot mode on the top shelf behind the Autobot Gestalts, but had to make room for the growing 13 Primes.
Need to get a razor saw & figure out the pins so I can rotate Menasors knees around (I did swap any parts necessary to ensure it doesn't negatively affect trailer transformation). Still want the DNA hands, but only the hands. Need to figure out a translucent horn for "Trypticon." Beast Silverbolt isn't a villain, it was just the best spot for him, lol.
Can't wait for the new Alpha Trion, though hoping this head will work on it. Fallen is one of the best figures of 2025, so happy to have him. Definitely going to have to make another riser to fit all 12 (don't want the 15" Prime, though I just found out about the Generations Selects version, and really want him).
Really need a better Prowl, really need Earthrise Hound but with translucent windows & not in a 5-pack, really need opaque Rewind (though they'll likely stick him with a larger set to milk us
), really need Ramhorn & kinda like the new colors on Perceptor, but couldn't afford it, and now they're sold out.
Really wish I had the black toy version of that MMC Ravage. Anyone have him & wanna trade for the toon version, lol? CanNOT wait for 86 Megatron. He looks SO GOOD. Hope he still fits in the throne lol.
I need to fix the Armada & Sweeps, lol. My initial Cyclonus got a non-rubsign & Scourge got red eyes. Then when we got the new versions, I picked up the extra Classics versions & just haven't gotten around to matching them to my originals, lol. I call SG Hot Rod "Hell Rod," lol. Call SG Sideswipe "Fenderbender," and painted the Bot symbol red, and stuck a Toyhax Con symbol over the sculpted red one (I didn't & still don't have purple paint lol).
Still need to put the better Hardhead face (on his body) on the back of the better Duros (at the front of the shelf). Prime Arcee is my Chromia. Still need to paint match Smokescreen's blue (I hate his no-neck look, sorry, GeeWunners, lol). Ironfist's thigh broke as they were known to do, though mine still held out for probably a decade, if not longer. Need to to the pin fix. Kup with Orion head is Crash Test, and I want another of those DNA parts so he can fully detach all limbs (I mean, he
can, but won't have the caps for all four), and eventually add some white & magenta to him.
Noticed after taking the pic that big hole in the back - that's where my third party Fallen was. Sold him because of the new one. At my old apartment, this shelf had Prime Soundwave as a renamed character, but I don't know where the fuck he is. I swear I saw him at this new apartment, so I wholeheartedly do not believe that he got lost in the move. IDK, man... Regret not knowing about the better Siege Soundblaster (with the factionless symbol) until it was sold out, because I had this one. Oh well. SG Blurr is "Blackbolt." Twinferno has a con symbol, I believe? We really need a Legacy version of this Blackarachnia. This is my favorite version of her, but the Animated style does admittedly stand out like a sore thumb, lol. Decided too late (because no money, he's thankfully still in stock) that I want the comic Straxus, and kinda really want the Legends Death's Head to add to this shelf, lol.
Thankfully they're "reissuing" Beachcomber (since they failed to distribute him in the first place), unsure if he'll replace my tinier third party one. I'm weird about alt-mode scale, lol. Hence BIG POWERGLIDE & SEASPRAY.
Silverstreak with Mirage head is my custom character Zade, who I made an Alternators digibash of first, then a fully-painted Classics version. Unsure what I want to do here, as this is my second attempt. My first attempt at this mold was a full repaint, but due to no good place to use spray paint (I live in an apartment, lol), it turned out terribly (wasted an ER Sunstreaker head, too, sigh). I have a third one (all three were purchased on clearance! lmao), fully dismantled in a Ziploc bag, awaiting the day when I can try a repaint again, lol.
I really need a new & better Punch/Counterpunch. SG Goldbug just got a regular Bot Toyhax sticker to be regular Goldbot, since I was never hopeful about that multipack one. I managed Legacy Prime Cliffjumper from someone who bought that set & didn't want him. My original (First Edition) Prime CJ had his horns cut off & head repainted grey for my Windcharger, so I guess I'm calling this one that, too, just haven't gotten around to altering the head yet. (Can someone please help me with a Generations Selects jeep Excellion/"Hot Shot", too, lol? I didn't know it existed when I got the Legacy sports car one, and he was one of my favorite characters from Cybertron, and I loved that original Cybertron Defense figure.)

My Prowler is the Lizard wave head on the Lizard wave Paladin body with guns. I don't remember what I named Miles-Prowler (Miles "Tails" Prower? lol). Really hope we get a comic Spot. Also, do I need more Stilt-Man extensions?
