Funnily enough, one of the earlier prototypes got the arm band-length right

 
Maybe they're just slapping things around for the shows and they know none of this is actually what they're delivering.

Because again, the ones we have in hand really set a standard.

Except... I'm going to say I don't like Sagat's shoulders. That butterfly is ridiculous, and he can't even do the victory laughing pose easily.

Jada slides right into it.

It's not a deal breaker, they have different strengths.
 
Need more shots of that Balrog! The greyscale sculpt of him... He had a humongous neck that was bigger than his head. I must know how it looks at different angles!!!

Picked up the dark-suit Ryu from Arena on a whim. It's funny, this is the first Storm figure I've had that feels like an action figure and not a museum piece - like I don't feel worried messing with him, though I suppose that might just be that he wasn't a pain in the ass and a lot of money to buy. I'm all in on Jada so that's my main point of reference and I... I guess I like both lines Ryu equally? There's stuff I like more about each, but I can't find fault in either. I'm a little iffy on the rubber hands on this one but also rubber hands swap out a lot easier than hard plastic. It's just a great little figure. And also I like the Arena scale more the (very few) other imports I have from other Street Fighter lines. I guess I'll end up mixing and matching the two lines a bit. Glad I got this one first though because it's a color palette for Ryu I don't already have.

Also fun getting three SF figures the day I got around to watching the new trailer.
