I'm sure there's a greedy Watto joke in there somewhere, but the character is already enough of a dangerous stereotype.

Speaking of the wave, though, I finally got around to opening these AOTC figures, and hot damn, they're all really freakin' nice. I don't know if there's a single re-used part on any of 'em, except maybe the data pads, but I think even those are new. The wings on both figures are awesome, and I love the double joints on the Geonosians. I'm sure we'll see some re-use with them- maybe the other kind of armor, and I'd even take the weird zombie Geonosians too (maybe some parts for Poggle too).

Taun We I'm sure we'll see re-used for Lama Su or Nala Se, but I don't know if they'll re-use the Watto parts again for anyone other than him. Ironically, they'll probably give us the AOTC look in a TPM 2-pack with Podracer Anakin.
 
The Watto Wave just shipped from Pulse. I LOVE Prequel figures. So, I am psyched to get these.

I wish they'd do another Prequel Wave this year. Maybe go Zam Wessel, Captain Typho, and some sort of Queen Amidala outfit.

Just wishful thinking.
 
My Scars shipped too. Excited to get them. Don't really know much about them, but I do love a good unique trooper.

The AOTC wave is just really dang fun. It still feels almost too good to be true- 3 new characters that are completely new from the ground up, all at non-deluxe prices? Even Taun We and Watto, despite not being as action-oriented and "fun" as the Geonosian, just feel really nice and solid. I'm interested to hear your thoughts on them, Camel. I hope you love 'em as much as me.

Agreed on your other wants too. Zam is perhaps my most wanted figure, at least as far as AOTC is concerned. Young Boba right after her. I hope we see them this year, but next year is the 25th anniversary. Since they snubbed it for its 20th, hopefully they'll give it a little love for the 25th. I wouldn't mind a redo of Anakin and Obi-Wan on the new bodies. I'd gladly take a Typho and Panaka too- singles, 2 pack, however they want to give 'em to us.
