PLAYMATES Mutant Mayhem/Tales of the TMNT/etc.

I don't need those knock-off turtles, as amusing as the joke is, but I would like those wintery turtles. Maybe Walmart or someone will get singles of them and the bundles are just a Target thing.
 
Now those are cute. Love when a company embraces the joke of the knock-offs; if you can find a way to make money, go for it! I'd happily take the winter version of the Turtles too, but I still haven't gotten the civilian looks for Mikey and Raph yet; was waiting until they announce them for Leo and Donnie, but at this point, it may just end up being when the second movie comes out.

I know this new age of the Turtles isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I'm really loving it. Really dig the art style of the movie, and to a lesser extent how it translates to the 2D animation. Loved Tales, and am looking forward to season 2.
 
I like this new stuff a lot, and I thought the style worked really well in 2D. I don't love every single design choice, but the stories are fun and funny and the animation itself is dynamic enough that I can just enjoy the media and not feel the need to deal with the figures.
 
It's all been pretty good. I've enjoyed watching the movie and the show with my kids. Really wish I didn't have to go see a SpongeBob movies to see the new short though.
 
The Tortoises might actually be what I wanted from the MotUxTMNT crossover all along!
