Operation Monster Force

Not sure about the fresh monkies. They’re a different line but probably sometime soon

Also sadly there has been no coordination between FMF and Skeletron to get colors and such to match

And also confirmed that Agent and Enemy are currently on their way to BBTS, he's hoping they'll land in December, but could be January.

So I only have a handful of the figures in this line, and I've been kinda dragging my feet recycling the packaging because it's nice, but... any reason to hold onto it? It's in a nice row in my office but once a year my annual BUNCH OF NEW STUFF starts to give me claustrophobia and, miraculously, it took until late November for that feeling to hit, and now all the "pretty boxes I didn't want to trash" are on the chopping block. The four Savage Crucibles are asking the same question, and Dragon Man from the Marvel Made to Order. (I recycle almost everything else.) Maybe I should just slice off the covers and save the little mini comics? I'll sometimes use that part of the box as padding when the figures move in and out of storage when they're not on display.

Unless it's an expensive import or something like a Mezco figure, I open and recycle EVERYTHING ELSE. If it's mass retail (online or B&M), it can go.
When I get a bunch of things during a week, my recycling bin will be overflowing the night before trash day as I bring it all out (flattened shipping boxes and outer packaging) and carefully try to layer it in the tall bin like a Tetris game.

Admittedly we both buy way too much online - our pets are all on weird specialty foods, I'm constantly getting boxes of books for events, and then add action figure stuff on top of that and I have become a Jenga master at filling that recycling bin. I think I just talked myself into getting rid of Monster Force and Crucible boxes in the morning. I DO take quick iPhone photos of boxes that are fun to look at (MOTU Masterverse in particular was photo-worthy boxing) but I just ain't got the space for it.

I do feel bad, specifically with Monster Force, when they go the extra step to put a magnet in there. But in the end it's just packaging. I'd buy a figure in a plastic bag if I could.

Years ago I unboxed two waves of Legends at once and tossed them in my condo recycle bin.

Heading to my car later, I saw a dude leaning over the bin both impressed and distraught with "whoever got this haul" to his unimpressed wife standing to the side.

I grabbed a couple of these back early spring and never opened them. I got the hankering to open them last week and saw how they are compatible with Joes and Action Force and am now hooked. I have pretty much all of season 0,1 and parts of 2 coming in the next few weeks. I wish Donner Party was taller like he looks on the comic panel inside the box but I think I heard they have plans to do a Frankenstein monster.

They’re doing a Q&A in their Facebook group.

A couple of takeaways. COPS isn’t selling lie expectations and there’s no more red shadows coming at all

When you say "no more red shadows at all"... Does that mean Crimson Moon is dead or that it just won't feature anymore of the Red Shadows pastiches that Wave 1 had? If Crimson Moon is entirely dead thats a bummer, but I guess its entire raison d'etre was to do Red Shadows riffs, so if they cam't do that I guess they just move on. Bummer.

I understand Hasbro sent them a "Hey, we'll let those few slide, but no more Red Shadow look-a-likes". I'm wondering if that means Red Shadows may pop up in Classified.

If I'd known this was coming I wouldn't have bought Lumbersexual William this summer, but considering I'm still trying to find Killoworg, they're gonna get me for this one too.
