One A Day 2.0 Day #462 - SDCC Week featuring Aunt May

Yes to classic teen Rick Jones (maybe with an updated Mar-Vell?) and I'm in for all of the alternate costumes above, plus BasilElks' additions.

Priorities to me are Colan Dracula, original look Blade, classic Namorita, classic Moonstone, green costume Sersi and a recognizable Mandarin (that Asian businessman thing they released is pathetic).

Would be enthusiastic about classic Shang-Chi, leopard print Shanna, traditional Mr. Hyde, Ms. Marvel, Son of Satan and original look Mastermind.

Would definitely get Brother Voodoo, maybe some of the others.

I'm always going to advocate for the classic looks for my Marvel Legends. I don't really care for most modern looks and have passed on characters because they are not the classic looks I desire. That said, I would prefer most of the looks shown by Beamish and would purchase most of them.

I'll be nice and just say that Hasbro has yet to release a Mandarin in the Legends line.

I think almost every "wrong" costume Beamish posted is a buy! AND the alt heads.

Though I'd swap Moonstone for Meteorite.

Day #462 - Aunt May

Would I buy? Yes!
Which version? Golden Oldie would be an instant purchase. Classic comic Aunt May is needed. I'd also buy all three live action versions.

The animated version is a nice stand in for the comic version, but an actual dedicated comic figure would be nice. There is no cinematic version. and it would also be nice if Hasbro made one of them.

May isn’t a character that I’m yearning for. I’d get a comic version if she were in a pack I wanted. The most recent MCU May could be cool, but she wouldn’t be used as May in my collection.

May is the only civilian character I would seriously consider, and it would be the Tomei version for me.

Would have to get classic old lady Aunt May. I do remember Golden Oldie version. She's so goofy I have to say yes. Maybe partner classic Aunt May with the world's most famous mailman, Willie Lumpkin, a senior citizen two-pack.

Aunt May was #1 on my wish list for quite some time, but honestly that itch was mostly scratched for me with the animated version. It's not the version of the character that I would have chosen, but don't really know that I need another one now either. Robbie Robertson is now my most wanted Spidey civilian character.

Aunt May is needed for sure. Spidey's civilian cast is very important to the character....which is why we have gotten MJ, JJJ and Gwen and civilian Peter.
