Spitfire was so close to making my Top 10 this year. She's in my Top 15 of my Top 100 list.
I've pitched Spitfire and Firebird to Dwight and Dan 2 years in a row now at SDCC, pointing out how they would both be so economical to make on the Crystal body. All both of them need are different shades of yellow, new heads and capes. Dwight agreed. Last year when Dwight imp0lied that an updated 1940s Bucky and Toro were less likely to get made soon because that body doesn't exist, I quickly retorted to put Spitfire in a 2-pack with Jim Hammond Torch or Baron Blood. Dwight smiled at that.
Just make her, Hasbro, and Firebird while you're at it.

Red Wolf and Spitfire are both an emphatic yes from me! Both classic, but that's de rigor for me. I functionally collect like Marvel stopped publishing after its mid-90s bankruptcy.

Red Wolf is one of the biggest gaps in our Avengers ranks. Classic is the only version I want, though I've always been concerned that the look and name might give Hasbro pause.

Spitfire is one of my favorite golden age (retroactively) characters, she'd make a great figure. It'd be excellent if we could get an improved Union Jack to go with her. The old figure is really showing its age, and Jack needs to be super poseable to better do battle with Baron Blood ... who we also need.
