One A Day 2.0 Day #371 - Ulysses Bloodstone

There's almost no representation in Legends for any Luke Cage-specific foes.

Arms & legs from High Evolutionary are crying to be reused for Chemistro:

Pass on DD movie figures, except Elektra, who I'd grab for my mom. She loves Jennifer Garner, especially in that part. Really hoping the rumored "Deadpool & Wolverine" one turns out to be real so she can display her with her She-Ra.

Not a movie collector, so my first impulse is to pass on these. There could be some potential in these. MCD could potentially (depending on execution) be reused for Barracuda.
Bullseye was fun,and might be a clearance pick up.
Ben Ulrich would tempt me the most, as we’re unlikely to see a comic version.

Consider myself a huge DD fan, but I think I would pass on these. I have the first movie DD release. Not crazy enough about the movie or the figure to desire an update. Now Jennifer Garner, on the other hand, ...........would warrant some thought.

I would pass on the Daredevil movie figures even though I did enjoy the film. I've been with Marvel Legends since the very beginning, and space has become an issue. I love the Marvel movies but I'm strictly a comic based figure collector now.

True story: Way back in 2002, when Marvel Legends was new, Jesse told me at comic con that prototypes had been manufactured for the Jennifer Garner Elektra, the Colin Farrell Bullseye, the Michael Clarke Duncan Kingpin and the Ben Affleck Daredevil. HOWEVER ... the higher ups at ToyBiz felt the film was too dark for a toy line, so they were all scrapped save for Affleck's Daredevil. That was added to Marvel Legends Series 3 as a 5th figure.

So prototypes do exist for Elektra, Bullseye and Kingpin. Maybe someday, after Jesse retires and writes his memoirs, we'll see some pictures.

Ah, what could have been…

YES. FRIGGIN’. PLEASE!

Include the full helmet version for EMH action as well.

That show has a totally outsized effect on which characters/ costumes I need. Especially bad guys. Also why I'm basically content with the Carol Danvers/ Dark Miss Marvel we got ... perfect EMH version of the character!

... though I wouldn't say no to a full seventies one, of course.

That movie in that time frame was such a HUGE missed opportunity. Of the two, Matt Damon would have made a WAY better Matt/Daredevil. I mean, he was even given the damned name Matt at birth.

Day #368 - Kasper Cole

Would I buy? YES!!!!!
Which version? The sleek white suit under the dark trench is just striking

Panther-esque suit with a flowing trench? Gimmie!
