He had a figure in the 5” Toybiz line, so there’s a precedent for him. I’d take him. Ketch could use some more adversaries. (All the Ghost Riders could). While I want the MoE Blackout more, I’d probably get this one on sale.
 
I'd love Blackout along with his buddy Deathwatch! I have a huge soft spot for 90s Ghost Rider. Getting Dan Ketch, Lilith, and Blackheart so close together has really made me want more from this era!
 
Not exactly a favorite, but as others have already said, he had a Toybiz figure. Plus, Legends definitely needs more supernatural villains in the line. Likely a pick-up, especially in a wave that would contain some of those other much-needed/demanded supernatural heroes and bad guys.
 
Blackout isn't a big want by any means, but on discount, I'd get him.
 
I’d get him just to add to Danny’s rogue’s gallery, but he’s not the Blackout I really want. The Masters/Siege version takes priority.
 
Turns out I'm not a huge fan of Ghost Rider's rogue's gallery. I just don't care at all about this version of Blackout. Not my cuppa
 
Just because he faced those guys doesn't mean they are part oh his Rogue's gallery.
Each one of those guys you think of a different hero first

But I would be happy to get Classic Hyde, Madcap or Scarecrow.
