I absolutely want a Penance, but if he’s one we’re never likely to get then I’m considering trying to use a spare Dracula to customise. Ideally I’m
hoping that they intend to use that figure as a base for a future Penance and I can just wait it out.

Or I could nudge Robo to start work on a custom and thereby manifest an official figure to drop as soon as he’s 90% done…

Yes to Penance, but I feel like I'd want him more if we had more of the characters that were members of the same Thunderbolts team. Radioactive Man and Swordsman would go a long way.

Would I buy? Yes!
Which version? Classic appearance, one head with 1st appearance hair and one with shorter hair.

Classic character, looks great, would really pop on a shelf, love love love international characters

I don't collect MCU figures, so I'd pass on Ghost & Taskmaster, but I hope they get made for the folks who want them.

Pass on Penance. No familiarity with this character.

I'd get Classic Sabra.

Totally in on first costume Sabra. Agree about the international heroes needing more presence. First day available pick-ups for the other Contest of Champions foreign heroes: Blitzkrieg (er), Arabian Knight I, Defensor, Le' Peregrine, Talisman, Shamrock, Collective Man and other later additions: Albion, Zephyr, Scarlet Scarab II, La Bandera, Jade Dragon, Big Hero 6 members, Vormund/Capt. Germany. Throw in some hidden races heroes specific to Marvel like Iridia (Inhumans), Karthon the Quester (Lemurian Sub-mariner ally), Namora (Atlantis), Lady Tuvia of the People of the Black Sea (Namor ally), Vampiro (Eternals), Red Raven (Bird People). Diversity in superheroes should go beyond just Americans, Canadians of different ethnicities, sexual orientations.

Definite YES on a classic Sabra. I’ll echo tt’s comments about needing more international representation. I’ll add Toltec, Captain Forsa, Omertà, Junta, Spitfire, MicroMax, expanded Alpha Flight, Foxfire, Perun, Volstok, Ursula, Prodigy, Batal, Sirocco, Razar, el Muerto, Triumph Divison, Les Heroes de Paris, People’s Defense Force, Dreamguard, Radiance, Bloodwraith, Master of the World, Golumn,

Yeah.
Not sure I am a “no”, per se, but it does give me pause.
On the other hand, I support Hooded Cobra Commander in classified, but then again I support that because I think the “real-word evil” visual cues they are worried about there *don’t* actually exist.
Sabra is more complicated in that regard, at least at this current moment in history.
That said: I like to believe that a country and its people are not defined by the actions of a genocidal fascist that many/most do not support.

If I bought her, I’d want a classic look.

I don't see Sabra as representing the Israeli govermnent any more than Cap representing the U.S. government. As in, not at all. It's been explicitly confirmed time and time again that Cap holds up the ideals of his country, not any specific people.
