I’ve always thought this would make a good Shaw, it’s an old Dc Direct figure from the Hush line.

Not sure how easy to get hold of nowadays if you only want the head though.

A neck ball swap is necessary to get comic heads to sit right on the new Punisher (the peg is waaaaaay too long, needs a shorter one), I used Kraglin. Now I can do a lot of fun stuff like:

Wanted to use up the extra parts from the MephisTO (I capitalized MTO, get it?) to give him a more earthly appearance he sometimes had. I got a DST Gotham Alfred and swapped the hands and head on (needed to replace the neck barbell with a screw wide enough for M’s head socket). The hands fit with no modification. I did have to paint the neck red. Drilled a hole in his back for the cape, which can come on and off with the ease you’d expect.
