Ah but see that actually just my general Marvel Legends want list, would be the same with or without being told to be horror-specific. These are my biggest wants in the whole line ever.

Bloodscream and Cylla Markham (she was supposedly a psychic vampire right?)

The Marvel Universal Monsters knockoffs. Might convince me to get the Werewolf by Night figure if I know the others are coming.

Is Proteus a monster? Toss him in while we're at it.

Phalanx are body-horror aliens, might as well toss them in there too.

Brood and N'Garai demons seem like a no brainer coming at some point.

Slayback and woody Black Tom seem like "monstrous" enough mutants to qualify.
