Master list of Characters still to be made as Classified

I'd happily head-canon entire backstories for Sci-Fi II and Low-Light II. They're absolutely different dudes given their designs, but no reason they can't have a second night combat and laser specialist. I hope they put them out for those who prefer those soon, cos they ARE fun designs. (I'm pacing the halls waiting for Sci-Fi I to ship.)

Tons of comics characters who never made it into the toy line or cartoon, but most of them are not super toyetic so it makes sense we've never seen them before. Lots of supporting characters who wouldn't have sold well to kids but might do well for adult collectors high on nostalgia (I am high on nostalgia, so not a knock). Dr. Venom, Kwinn (justice for Kwinn!), Bongo (a ridiculous character to get a figure, but she got an IN MEMORIAM in the book of battles!), the whole Oktober Guard, Hard/Soft/Blind Masters. Scarface, whom I know Ru would commit a felony to see properly made into a figure. Wade Collins, some of the Freds who took on real roles in the Marvel run. Lots of stuff that absolutely made no sense to take a risk on putting into the toy line.

But yeah, there are IDW characters I would be really into, but plenty from Marvel to do.
 
I feel like Hasbro could make a killing if they just did a normal GC with a few good weapons and an alternate Fred head, and a classic-style Cobra Trooper with a few good weapons and an alternate Scarface head. Instant character+army builder sets. WTF, Hasbro?

Also... just like in general... where the fuck is our classic Cobra Trooper?
 
Yeah, it's completely stupid how hung up on Scar-Face I am when he is likely gonna be a real simple kitbash, especially if they offer the Rattler Gunner head as a second head. But yeah, they could easily do a deluxe style one with gear and head options.
 
Also, I feel like I'm the only Joe collector that doesn't give even the smallest fuck about Kwinn. If you guys weren't banging on about him every few pages, I'd forget he exists in the lore entirely.
 
I get that, and I guess he, Venom, and Scarface were all gone by the time the comic REALLY hit its stride. I would still actually be interested to see them Classify Kwinn up a little too.
 
It's not so much how infused they are into the mythos or anything, so much as I actively don't give a shit about Kwinn. I'll take Venom and I'll definitely take Scarface. Kwinn just.. you know.. sucks.
 
Honestly, Kwinn is such a weird, even ugly, design, I never wanted one as a kid, but I just keep thinking it'd be fun to actually see one in this format. I've never had one and he played a big part in the comics for a little while. I won't be heartbroken if they don't make him.

Same with Bongo, I just think it'd be HILARIOUS.

According to this list, Hooded Cobra Commander is “done”, and he totally isn’t!!!
 
Almost added the FMF blue-suited agent guy who comes with a hooded Cobra Commander head to my preorders today, but I can't shake that the blue suit WITHOUT the head looks too much like Pete Hegseth.
