lol no I’m not doing that. Besides I didn’t even use the kith variant as the body for this custom. I just had a spare Wolverine from the Silver Samurai 2-pack lying around and decided to use that figure as the basis for this custom

Haven’t been paying a lot of attention to the Rivals stuff, but took a look at that Spider-man/Luna set a few minutes ago…I’m sure someone’s already said it, but why the holy hell couldn’t they have put that much detail into their PlayStation Spider-man figures…?

I may buy that Luna Snow just to have one. I don't know how close a release is for a non game looking version.

Yeah... unless that 2-pack sells like hot cakes, I'm not sure I'd bet on a second version of Luna Snow. Maybe if she appears in major MCU project...
 
So saw an article about Cyclops finally getting ready to join Marvel Rivals... but the thing that caught my eye was a reference to Devil Dinosaur stomping all over Season 8 and it got me thinking it might be interesting if Marvel Rivals branding was finally a way to get Devil Dinosaur into Marvel Legends.

I have repainted a Jurassic World Colossal Series Carnotaurus to serve as DD in my collection. But if Hasbro wanted to do an official version I would welcome it and Rivals seems like a way they might justify it.

I mean... that actually doesn't mean that much. Preorders selling out isn't that big a measuring stick. Since the video game based item is going to be sent to brick and mortar, how well it sells in store will be more important.
 
This set has cross-fandom appeal, as I think was stated before. If it does hit brick and mortar, at worst it will never see clearance.

Rivals has Moon Girl in the artwork, but not as part of the game. They used AI to generate it, so there was a big to do. I was surprised it wasn't a combo character gameplay mechanic.

I'd like to see them a set, just off that, though.

But mainly because Penni and SPDR should be a set with Penni as her own figure, if only to replicate the two emotes she exists in.
 
It’s not Moon Girl’s fault, but I fucking hate Devil paired with a “modern era” “genius”. Prehistoric battle action, please, not some twee present-day deal.

Unfortunately neither could Hasbro, so they half assed it and the figures look like lazy, shitly articulated, overpriced crap compared to the Blokkees model kit figures.

If I see Punisher linger till he hits sale prices I might pick him up as custom fodder but that’s about it.
