Marvel Cinematic Universe Figure Discussion

Agreed on the NWH suit- I liked the contrast of the lighter, shinier blue with the red. Wish it would've stuck around a bit longer.

Totally fair on the web shooters too. That's one of those points of contention for a lot of folks- the organic vs. synthetic webs. I think I like them just because they add a little variety to the suit, but I totally see how someone wouldn't want them.

Considering that the MCU mask does have eyes that can open and close, a different head or two with a different expression would've been nice, or an updated Tom Holland head. I'm sure we'll see the latter eventually. I keep going back and forth on whether or not to keep my Spidey pre-order. Knowing me, I probably will, but I just know that there'll be a better, more accurate version down the road. But then the pessimist in me chimes in and says that, while it may be more accurate, Hasbro will probably do something else to it, like make it battle damaged or something, so we won't have just a plain version of the new suit. Don't get me wrong- I do want a battle damaged Spidey, but only after getting the base model

I don't mind webshooters at all. I don't even mind overdesigned ones like the PS5 game suit. The webshooters they added for the initial BND movie suit just didn't look great to me. They don't even look like they would be convenient for wrist movement...

I have a bunch of Holland heads laying around from thr Final Swing figures I got, so not getting one with this release isnt as frustrating. If the new figure has slightly better range of motion and less breakage issues, I could see myself adding a couple more to my pre-orders.

Look at the genuine and deep joy this kid feels because of his beloved Scorpion figure!

The photo is cut off enough so we can't see the gun to his head, and person telling him to smile "or else".

That hulk reminds me so much of the 1:18 scale Avengers version. It's terrible. I'm glad the shirt is removable at least.

The headsculpt isn't the greatest, and definitely more conveys an aging Ruffalo... but it's really not that bad of a figure. Sure it would be nice to have double jointed elbows, but the torso articulation looks like it will allow for some great poses.

It does fit with Ruffalo's age, but the photo on the back of the package shows Hulk with "normal" hair. I'm hoping what we saw was just a prototype thing and they will end up fixing the hair some.

All that being said...I'll probably still get him.

Did someone say Hulk's ripped shirt is keyed in? That's such a shitty choice, if true. Literally done just so they can sell it the opposite way but then say "new sculpting costs too much money".

Okay great! I thought someone had said that, and since there are no promo pics of him without it I was curious.
