Most of those characters, except Sparta, could be maybes depending on how much I want to buy a toy that day. But realistically, I don't like the Night Force stuff because the colors are just bizarre for 'night operations' and that makes my brain angry. And while I love the TF vehicles, I never cared overmuch for the TF figures. Dial-Tone is the most 'maybe' of all of them, because his TF repaint is one of the coolest.

I also really want a Chuckles with “regular” pants without bloused boots, maybe even an *untucked* shirt, and the ability to strip off his gear so he ACTUALLY looks like he is undercover.
