This - I actually don't love the design of Ripcord but he ties into one of those all time fever dream story arcs from the comics I always loved.

Hell, release him in a two-pack with Bongo.

Yes to Rip Cord. I don't particulary care for this version of Wild Bill. Why would an Air Cavalry Scout need a should mounted missle launcher? But I do like the colors.

Also I swear they released this guy as a counterpoint for the very misguided Cross-Country v2 as a soft “the Blue and the Grey” thing. Cross-Country can fuck off into the sun, ESPECIALLY v2, but this Wild Bill absolutely slaps.
