Don’t know this character, but the images give me a very “third world dictator’ vibes. If a Classified version of him was done, I’d like to see that image emphasized. It’s probably not canon, but that would be where I’d go with him. A dictator running a Cobra friendly sanctuary country.

He's a little bland but I'd pick him up knowing how Classified would improve on the regular design.

Truth be told, I didn't even read that data file until just now and it's kinda painful. Devil's Due didnt suffer from an overabundance of editors I take it.
Bur yeah, I agree he kinda bland but will really benefit from standing in a group of Plague guys. Infrared is toward the bottom of my list of Plague members but still on the list.

Switching from one comic team to another, the Phoenix Guard was a team created by General Rey (you'll remember him from last month) to upstage GI Joe then replace them. Of course, the Phoenix Guard aren't who they appear to be, especially when led by the mistress of Disguise, Zarana.
