G.I. Joe Classified Beamish-Style Weekend Vehicle Poll - #65 - Cobra Tread Fire (Spytroops)

Definitely would get the Dominator in Classified but it is way too big, and not nearly iconic enough to be possible. Unless Classified somehow gets stronger in the coming years and not taper off like it is most likely going to do, as do most toy lines.

Day 64 - Cobra Ringneck (Spytroops) (4/11/26)

2003's Spytroops line yielded the Cobra Ringneck:

I literally just GRITTED MY TEETH looking at this because I'm like THAT WOULD BE REALLY FUUNNNNN but also THAT WOULD BE REALLY BIG AND EXPENSIVE...

Can confirm it is a really fun vehicle. It was a standout from that era along with being a sort of mix of old school realism and modern realism (along with the usual Joe near future flair).

You're right it would be MASSIVE in Classified scale. I mean they could probably cheat it down to the same size as the Haslab Snow Cat, but it would still be taller than it or the HISS.

If Classified were more like 25A/Modern Era and were just better/newer 1:18 figures, the Ringneck is one of those vehicles I'd definitely like to add to the collection. But as I've had to say many times already in this thread; a Classified version of that is too big, too expensive, and I have no real nostalgia for it. So it would be a sad, but firm, pass.

Direct from the Metal Slug game! I’d be down for this, but I’m leary at the scale and price point. Ideally, you bet! Realistically, a maybe.

I always thought this would work better as a Dreadnok vehicle. I like the design for the most part, but something about the combination of a treaded(?) vehicle with a swamp boat fan thing just doesn't sit right with me. Otherwise I mean look what we got 20 years ago. A vehicle with multi-function and "transformation", a removable drone, sound effects and a driver. All at retail!!! Yes I know, 3.75" scale and inflation, but still.
