Big picture, waiting years isn't that crazy, but there's literally no reason they couldn't release the whole Christmas Carol lineup in a year. It's all self-imposed limitations.

Yep Krampus was the first. He’s the only FO figure not officially packaged under the FO branding since they really didn’t know they were creating a new line rather than just a one-off figure until the packaging was finalized. Hard to believe how much the line has grown and evolved since then! It’s one of my favorites right now. Even figures like Monkey King and Ganesha that I don’t have much of a connection too are undeniably well crafted and stand on their own as impressive artistry.
