Auldey non-TFing TFs

These look just like the YoloPark ones. Are they meant to be assembled or do they come assembled? What size are they?
 
I don't see any size indications, which is greatly irksome; but by being 50% more than baseline Blokees and also in blind boxes I'm assuming they're about 10cm tall.
