Bill Foster Black Goliath, accept no substitutes. I could live with his second MTiO Giant-Man costume, but I REALLY want Black Goliath.

Fortunately I can be VERY picky with what I want from this line. Basically if it can fit into an Asgardian display, or provide me the parts I need to kitbash figures for said display, then I’m interested. The more “out there” or Cosmic Legions stuff don’t generally interest me.

Ugh. Still, I’ve kitbashed more than a few figures to stand in as warriors of Asgard in the interim. Even made myself a Balder. And since I’ve no interest in the actual story of Mythoss, I just hang onto the little character descriptions from the packaging to help me remember names. 🤣

If they do that, the odds are good I’d just abandon Legends altogether.

Really looking forward to that Thoth when they put him up. I’m all-in for the Egyptian gods. Any pantheon, truthfully. More deities to occupy the shelves beside my Asgardians.

I’d be a pass on the Howling Commandos. I don’t have any kind of dedicated WWII display, so they’d just languish in storage. And at today’s prices, that’d be a waste of money.

I’m really hoping it’s a basic male New Mutants training costume like Sunspot that comes packed with both heads. I realize that Sam should be taller and lankier than Doug, but it’ll be what it is, and I’ll be there for it.

For me, Bendis is what killed my enjoyment of the Avengers, period. Chuck Austen before him wasn’t any better, but Bendis was the nail in the coffin. It’s why Busiek is my ending line, with the Johns run following a flip-flop of whether or not I enjoy it.

I’ve been wondering if they’ll push up the Starfox/Champion set to before the holidays as well. It’s the only one (Spidey wave notwithstanding) that hasn’t had a shift yet.
