Saw the 18" toon Donnie at a local Burlington. They had two of them up near the front. $80. I have the big movie figures, didn't want to jump into the toon ones too, but not a bad price if you're after 'em.

The Shredder figure LOOKS good, I have zero issues with that. But it's a really futzy figure to handle. And I think my main complaint is the cape it has, especially since the sword sheaths have to warp against it.

None of the weapons really work with the hands he has, and the rifle is especially ugly to give him cause of the constantly "up" vine strap. He's a figure that was designed to "be big and cool" and not to be functional. I found him to be incredibly frustrating.
