The Edge's Blain 18th superdude KickStarter

As the biggest 18th dork on these and many other boards; that may not be the best business plan. Whatever my, your, and everybody's opinion of the wasteful stupidity of 6in figures; they are unquestionably where the market is these days. I'd talk to Jason Bienvenu (Spero Toys/Animal Warriors...

    Star Trek

The rumor is that Paramount has basically doubled licensing fees, so it'll be interesting to see what happens to Nacelle's line if true. It may already be DOA.

The Galaxy line comes with one base per figure, decoed with a bit less detailing and no blaster effects.

    Blokees Transformers

What are the chances we could get Blokees Galaxy GoBots? Aren't all of those owned by Hasbro now? Some RoboTech ones would be killer, too. L'il fully-articced 4in Invid and Bioroids and Regults and... WANT.

    Blokees Transformers

It's scale-dependent. The Galaxy/Defenders are pretty plug-n-play with body 'chunks' plugging into each other with intermediate joints; and the Classics and Action tiers being more parts-per-piece with assembly of each body chunk as well as jointage connections.

    Action Force and Valaverse

My KS Pledges shows I've gone in for 55 successful campaigns and all of 2 haven't delivered minus the 4 still in-progress. 2 out of 51 is an amazing success rate, imho. The never-delivers are the aforementioned HellScreamerz, the figures of which I still want because I had a very cool unit in...

CREATIVE BEAST STUDIOS Beasts of the Meso/Ceno/Cyberzoic

I'm fairly non-plussed about it so far. It looks cool, but goddamn is it a lot of fiddlin' with. I don't have the BotM Allo it's designed for and will try to get it onto a Hammond Allo and/or Carno; but they both have eye crests so the helmet won't fit.

    Action Force and Valaverse

How would the Escrow-holders know more about the legitimacy of paying production costs for all the ridiculous number of projects KS and other companies host? A lawyer/banker is going to know which plastics manufacturer is legit more than the guys running the project itself? Plus know all the...

    Blokees Transformers

The Galaxy boxes show the ratios on one of the sides, and you shouldn't get a chase + regular in the same case. I've gotten 3 of the chase OPs but not his regular picking at the 6 or so cases I think I've seen go through my WM. I've got all the Dinos in both modes except Sludge (plus now a...

    Action Force and Valaverse

I'm not talking Vala, but Vonner - assuming I'm even correct about his involvement. They should put people's names on the packages so we know who to hate on properly.

    Action Force and Valaverse

It was just garbage from the get-go, and when announced in the shadow of the Joe line everyone's expectations were sky high for what it *could* have been; but instead we got terrible figures in every category figures can be judged. Poor articulation formats and ranges of motion, terrible...

    Hasbro possibly doing Tron?

Going back to the pricing issue because bears are only there to be poked; I'm gonna have to reiterate how this HasLab really isn't over-priced for what the modern toy market is providing us: https://www.ebay.com/itm/306455761089 6 available, 14 sold. That's 3/5ths the price of the HasLab for...

    Transformers model kits

The Defender line. The Galaxy line. There's a Shining sub-line with light-up chests. This line is also blind-boxed. The Action line. There's also the Classics line, my fave. WM has Bee and Op for $10, but I've gotten most everyone since Arcee from BBTS at $20 each. They all have the...

    Transformers model kits

The movement in the Blokees thread is due to the ease of making the Galaxy and Defender lines since they're more G1 cartoony. The Classics line and above Boshek mentions preferring aren't releasing all that fast at all. TFOne Megatronus dropped last month, the second wave of the Classics line...

    Hasbro possibly doing Tron?

Hell, from the above pic showing the figures *finally* looking like the movie characters the Grid might be the most vital piece of all. And not liking this or that piece isn't my point. All I'm saying is, despite Damien's disagreement, this is exactly in line with what 2025 prices are for...
